Grower

The Rhone Rangers is a non-profit, educational organization dedicated to advancing the knowledge and understanding of traditional Rhone grape varieties grown in America and the wines produced from those grapes. Members include wineries, grape growers, restaurants, retailers and wine enthusiasts.

Grape growers who grow Rhone varieties are invited to join as grower members. Grower members receive:

• The opportunity to market the Rhone varieties you grow to our 150+ winery members.  Each summer, we solicit grapes available from our grower members, and compile a list to send to winery members who may be looking to purchase grapes
• Free passes to the annual tasting where grower members are admitted early with other members of the trade, so you can mingle with winery members and establish new relationships
• A listing on the Rhone Rangers web site with a link to your web site, if applicable
• The knowledge that you are supporting research on Rhone varieties through the Rhone Rangers Scholarship Fund, which donates $10,000 annually to students working to advance the knowledge of American Rhone varieties
• Member e-newsletter, the SILVER BULLETin

Membership is on an annual basis. The following levels of membership are available:

• Growers with less than 40 acres of Rhone type grapes: $125 - includes 2 passes
• Growers with more than 40 acres of Rhone type grapes: $350 - includes 4 passes
• Grower organizations: $500 - includes 6 passes
