Cass Winery 2007   Viognier   This is our barrel fermented Estate Viognier, blended with 25% Roussanne. It was made using 30% new French oak.
2005   Syrah   This Syrah was made using clone 383 and was blended with 2% Petite Sirah as a minor component. It was made using 30% new French and American oak.
2005   Grenache   Lots of strawberry notes, blended with 15% Mourvedre to add structure.
2006   Mourvedre   This wine is 100% Mourvedre. It was picked fully ripe and aged in mostly neutral oak barrels.
2006   Red Blend   This wine is comprised of 50% Syrah, 32% Mourvedre, 14% Grenache, 4% Petite Sirah. Originally named after a local cattle brand, but now after the road bordering the vineyard on it's westside, this is the "Rockin' One"
2006   Petite Sirah   Structured, intense red. Made using 100% Petite Sirah. It sat for 21 months in 40% new oak before bottling in June 2008.
