Annual Event Schedule

Seattle/Pacific Northwest Grand Tasting:  Each July, Rhone Ranger wineries from the Pacific Northwest and points south converge on Seattle for the Northwest Grand Tasting.  The 2009 events will take place July 14 & 15.  Our consumer tasting is produced in partnership with FareStart, on Seattle's Pier 66.  Please join us for the Guest Chef on the Waterfront event on July 15, 2009.  For further information, click here.

Los Angeles Trade Tasting:  Our 2009 Los Angeles area tasting takes place on Sunday, August 9th at Pier 59 Studios West in Santa Monica, CA.  Easily accessed from the 405 freeway, this event provides a great opportunity to taste wines from forty Rhone Rangers winery members, and then finish the day by heading to the beach to watch sunset over Santa Monica. San Francisco Grand Tasting: Every March the Rhone Rangers ride into San Francisco to show their wines at Fort Mason. This is our largest tasting event; it takes place in the Festival Pavilion and in March, 2009 there were 125 wineries and 35 food purveyors. Mark your calendars!  The dates for the Rhone Rangers Thirteenth Annual San Francisco Wine Tasting are March 27-28, 2010.

Regional Chapter Event: Paso Robles Rhone Rangers Experience
Sunday, February 14th, 2010
2010 Paso Robles Rhone Rangers Experience, Sunday, February 14th, 2010: Join the 35+ members of the Paso Robles Rhone Rangers chapter for a day immersed in Rhones. Some of the leading winemakers and vitculturalists in the world of Rhone varietals will take participants through a fun, education-focused immersion into the world of Paso Robles Rhones. The day's events will include a seminar on "Rhone Essentials" with tastings of the region's core Rhone varietals and blends, a vintners' lunch where attendees and vintners share food, wine and conversation, and a walk-around tasting featuring wines from all members of the Paso Robles chapter of the Rhone Rangers.  Tickets for seminar, lunch and tasting are just $75/person, and tickets to the tasting are $25/person.  Qualified trade will be admitted free to the tasting with advance registration.  Both events sold out both 2008 and 2009, and we expect the same in 2010.  For more information on the events, to buy tickets, or to receive information about other upcoming Paso Robles chapter events, click here.
